Splitting up your body into training groups
The last topic I want to cover before I post a few programmes is on how to split your body into the various groups and how many days a week you should train.
There are so many variations on how to train and how to split your body up. The first rule is possibly the most important:
You must train every muscle group in your body at least once a week!
